Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases of 100 Bowls for 500 Calories sold by Bowls Studio through Paddle.com (Merchant of Record). By purchasing, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.
1. Merchant of Record
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Refunds are processed by Paddle on our behalf. We do not refund you directly outside this process. For payment disputes you may also contact Paddle at paddle.net.
2. 30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date your purchase is completed. If you are not satisfied with the cookbook for any reason, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a full refund of the purchase price through Paddle, provided the request is genuine and not abusive.
Before or at checkout you confirm that you understand the product is digital content and that access may be granted immediately after payment.
3. How to request a refund
Email us at parkeraxis@gmail.com with:
- the email address used at checkout;
- your order or transaction reference (if available); and
- a brief reason for the request (optional but helpful).
We aim to confirm refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).
4. After 30 days
Refund requests received more than 30 days after purchase are generally not accepted, except where required by mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction or at Paddle's discretion in exceptional circumstances (e.g. proven billing error or unauthorized transaction).
5. Subscriptions
100 Bowls is sold as a one-time lifetime purchase, not a subscription. There are no recurring charges for the base product.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent loss of access to the Service.
7. Access after refund
When a refund is completed, paid access to the cookbook is revoked. You may still use the public marketing pages of the site.
