Refund Policy
Last updated: May 23, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases of 100 High-Protein Bowls at 500 Calories sold by Bowls Studio through Paddle.com (Merchant of Record). By purchasing, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service and Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
1. Merchant of Record
All payments are processed by Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for your transaction: it handles checkout, billing, tax where applicable, refunds, and payment disputes. Bowls Studio licenses the digital cookbook to you. We do not process card payments or issue refunds directly outside Paddle’s system.
For billing and refund requests, contact Paddle at paddle.net (choose “Request refund”), via the link in your purchase receipt, or at help@paddle.com.
2. How refunds work
Unless required by applicable law, transactions are generally non-refundable. You may still be entitled to a refund if:
- mandatory consumer law in your country gives you a statutory right;
- Paddle approves a discretionary refund within the applicable period; or
- there is a proven billing error, unauthorized charge, or material product defect that cannot be resolved.
Paddle reviews refund requests case by case. Submitting a request within the allowed period does not guarantee approval. Paddle may issue a full refund, a partial refund, or decline the request. Refunds are not issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or similar behaviour.
3. Digital content and immediate access
100 Bowls is digital content supplied immediately after payment. Before or at checkout you confirm that you understand access may be granted as soon as payment completes.
Where the law allows, statutory withdrawal rights may not apply once you have started downloading, streaming, or using the product, if you agreed to immediate delivery. Mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction still apply where they cannot be waived. See also Paddle’s Refund Policy.
4. Time limits
EU / EEA / UK / Switzerland / Turkey / Israel: often 14 days from purchase for applicable statutory withdrawal (subject to digital-content rules above). Some countries (e.g. Canada, Brazil, South Korea, China, Singapore) have shorter mandatory periods (e.g. 5–7 days). Paddle may consider discretionary refunds if a request is submitted within 14 days of the transaction date — approval is not automatic. If mandatory law in your country provides longer or stronger rights, those rights apply.
5. How to request a refund
Contact Paddle (not Bowls Studio for payment reversal):
- Open the link in your order confirmation email, or
- Go to paddle.net and choose “Request refund”, or
- Email help@paddle.com with your order or transaction ID and the email used at checkout.
If approved, Paddle refunds to your original payment method, usually within 14 days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time (typically 5–10 business days). Paddle’s records are used to verify eligibility and timing.
6. Product or access issues
If you paid but cannot access the cookbook (activation, passkey, etc.), try our site flows first: Activate access · Sign in. If the problem persists, contact Paddle with your transaction details.
7. After the refund period
Requests outside statutory or discretionary windows are generally not accepted, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise or Paddle agrees in exceptional circumstances (e.g. proven billing error or unauthorized transaction).
8. Subscriptions
100 Bowls is sold as a one-time lifetime purchase, not a subscription. There are no recurring charges for the base product.
9. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with your purchase, contact Paddle first so the issue can be resolved without a bank dispute. Unjustified chargebacks may result in loss of access to the Service while the dispute is reviewed, or permanently if the chargeback is upheld.
10. Access after a refund
When a refund is completed, paid access to the cookbook is revoked. You may still use the public marketing pages of the site.
11. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Material changes will be reflected in line with our agreement with Paddle.
