As a fitness enthusiast, I know firsthand how important it is to eat a balanced diet with plenty of protein. I make sure every meal I eat includes the right balance of proteins, fats, carbs, and fiber. However, I also know how exhausting it can be to calculate your macros every single time.

To make my own life easier, I put together this collection of 100 perfectly balanced bowl recipes that you can easily make for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Every bowl is a large, deeply satisfying portion at exactly 500 calories.

I decided to share these recipes with you so you can cook them for yourself and your family without the hassle. Eat balanced, delicious meals — because that is the only true way to reach your fitness goals!

What if I lose my phone or switch to a new one?

Your purchase is tied to the email from checkout, not to one phone or tablet.

On a new iPhone, iPad, or Mac:

  1. Open Activate access and enter the same email and Transaction from your Paddle receipt (starts with txn_).
  2. Tap Confirm payment, then Save passkey on this device (Face ID, Touch ID, or device PIN).

Is this an app I install from the App Store?
No App Store. It’s a web app — you open it in Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android) and tap “Add to Home Screen”. After that it behaves like a native app and works offline.
How accurate are the calories and macros?
Every ingredient is weighed in grams and looked up against standard nutrition databases (USDA / official manufacturers where applicable). We round to the nearest gram and the nearest kcal — so the totals land on or within ±2 kcal of 500.
I’m vegetarian / I don’t eat seafood — is this for me?
The book has dedicated vegetarian and sweet/breakfast categories. You can filter the whole catalog by category, so you only ever see recipes you’d actually cook.
Can I get a refund?
If something’s wrong — broken access, charged twice, anything — write to us within 14 days and we refund in full, no questions asked.
