  1. 1Chicken and Potatoes. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Cut raw potatoes and chicken breast into identical, large cubes. Place them in a bowl, add half of the oil (7 g), salt, black pepper, and a pinch of garlic powder. Toss thoroughly with your hands to coat. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and roast for about 20–25 minutes until done (the potatoes should be soft inside and the chicken golden brown).
  2. 2Mushrooms and Green Beans. Slice the mushrooms into quarters or thick slices. Heat a skillet with the remaining oil (7 g), add the mushrooms, and pan-fry until browned (about 5–7 minutes). Season with salt at the very end. Boil the green beans in salted water for 3–4 minutes (or steam them) so they keep their vibrant green color and slight crunch.
  3. 3Assembly. Take a deep serving bowl.
  4. 4Arrange in separate sections. the warm roasted potatoes, juicy baked chicken cubes, savory mushrooms, and crisp green beans.
  5. 5Serving. Sprinkle the bowl with dried or fresh dill to create that comforting, rustic aroma.
