Ingredients
- Turkey breast fillet (cooked — baked or pan-fried) — 130 g
- Regular pasta (any shape, cooked) — 120 g
- Cherry tomatoes (or regular tomatoes, diced) — 100 g
- Olive oil — 10 g (approx. 2 teaspoons)
- Hard or semi-hard cheese (any regular yellow cheese) — 17 g
- Dried Italian herbs — 1-2 g (a generous pinch)
- Salt, black pepper, garlic powder — to taste
Instructions
- 1Pasta. Boil your choice of pasta in salted water. Measure exactly 120 g of cooked pasta and place it into the bowl.
- 2Turkey. Slice the cooked turkey fillet (130 g) into bite-sized pieces. Arrange it next to the pasta.
- 3Warm Italian Tomato Dressing. Heat a skillet and add the olive oil (10 g). Add the halved cherry tomatoes (or diced regular tomatoes). Season generously with dried Italian herbs, a pinch of salt, and garlic powder. Sauté over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. The tomatoes should soften, release their juices, and blend with the aromatic oil and herbs.
- 4Assembly. Pour the warm tomatoes along with all the seasoned oil from the skillet directly over the pasta and turkey in the bowl.
- 5Final Touch. Finely grate the cheese (17 g) and sprinkle it over the hot pasta so it slightly melts.
