  1. 1Prepare the base. Place a bed of fresh, washed and dried spinach leaves at the bottom of a deep bowl.
  2. 2Carbohydrate section. Place the warm cooked quinoa next to the spinach. If you cooked it in advance, reheat it slightly before assembling.
  3. 3Protein section. Slice or cube the cooked chicken breast and add it to the next section of the bowl.
  4. 4Healthy fats. Slice or cube the avocado, drizzle it with lemon juice (to prevent browning), and place it in the bowl.
  5. 5Final touch. Evenly drizzle olive oil over the spinach, quinoa and avocado. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. 6Serving tip. Do not mix the ingredients before serving. The essence of a bowl is to combine different textures and flavors on your fork as you eat.
